Nothing on this page is a premium feature or a future plan. It is what the app does on every booking, and it is written out step by step so you can hold us to it.
For households
Booking someone to come to your home

Set where you are
Once, on a map. Every screen in the app measures "near you" from that pin rather than from wherever your phone happens to be, so arranging a plumber for the house while you are at the office shows you the right neighbourhood.

Say what you need
Type it, tap a trade, or hold the microphone and say it in Urdu or English. You get the workers who are on shift near your pin, with the ones who can come now marked as available.

Compare on facts
A fixed price, a rating built only from finished jobs, the distance, how long they usually take to arrive, and how many jobs they have completed. Save the ones you liked as favourites.

Book, or call it an emergency
Pick a time, or send an emergency request that goes to whoever is closest and online. Add photos and a note so the worker arrives knowing what they are looking at.

Follow them in
When the worker accepts you get their live position and an estimate, and an alert the moment they reach your door. If they ask to start early, that is a question you answer.

Agree the price at the door
The worker confirms the figure before starting. If the job turns out to need more, that is a request with an amount on it — approve it, decline it, or let anything under a ceiling you set through automatically.

Pay, then say how it went
Cash, card or wallet, chosen per booking. You get a numbered invoice, and your rating is what the next household reads.
For workers
Getting work through the app

Apply with your trade
Your profession, your service area, your prices and your documents. It takes one sitting and you can come back to it.

Wait for a person
A member of our staff reviews what you submitted. Nobody is listed automatically, which is the reason a wofo.pk badge is worth having.
- 03
Go online when you want work
Requests reach you only inside the radius you set, and only while you are online. Each one arrives with the trade, the distance and the price already on it.
- 04
Accept, travel, arrive
Accepting shares your position with that one customer for that one job. The app navigates you there and tells them you have arrived.
- 05
Quote, work, finish
Confirm the price at the door. If the job needs more than was agreed, send the addition as a request rather than arguing about the bill afterwards.
- 06
Get paid, withdraw
Earnings land in your wofo account as jobs complete, and you withdraw them to a bank account or wallet you nominate.
