These are not extras or a premium tier. They are how the app works for every booking on it, because they are the things that go wrong when a trade is arranged over the phone.

- The figure is quoted up front and confirmed at your door. Additions are requests, not surprises on the bill.

- Identity documents reviewed by our staff. Approval is granted by a person, not by filling in a form.

- Their position on a map, an estimate, and an alert when they reach you.
- A numbered invoice
- Every finished job produces one, with an order number you can quote to support.

- Support is reachable from inside the job, before the work as well as after it.

Ask for it in the app and the request reaches our staff directly. New trades open as the workers to do them are approved.
